2. Visiting the site and hosting

When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, page requested, browser and device information) so that the site can be delivered and protected against misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Hosting: Vercel Inc., server region Frankfurt.

3. Audience measurement

If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics without cookies. Only aggregated usage data is collected (e.g. page views, button clicks), no profiles of individuals. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Demo request (try an AI interview yourself)

We process first name, last name, business email address, company, optionally position (required for requests at a trade fair) and phone number, the selected language, the origin of the request (e.g. trade fair) and the time of your consent. Purpose: we create your personal link to the AI interview, send it by email and then send you the report on your conversation. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

To protect against misuse we do not store your IP address in plain text, only as a non-reversible check value (hash) used to limit requests. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. AI interview and report

We conduct interviews via the platform of thirdmind GmbH, Mollardgasse 70C/5, 1060 Vienna, Austria. thirdmind processes the data as a processor on our behalf and under our instructions. Processing takes place within the European Union. The AI features run on Microsoft Azure OpenAI in the EU Data Zone (data centre in Sweden). Your data is not used to train AI models. Further sub-processors are governed by the data processing agreement; we will name them on request. The content of your conversation is not stored in this website's database.

For your report, the website retrieves the evaluation from Thirdmind after the conversation: for each statement the placement on the scale, the certainty of the placement and the reasoning, as well as start, end and language of the conversation. The website does not take over the course of the conversation or details about your person. The evaluation is only used to create the report and send it to you by e-mail; neither the evaluation nor the report is stored on this website. Only the status of your request and the delivery log are stored. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

6. Quote request from the sample calculation

We process first name, last name, email address, company and the values you selected in the sample calculation in order to email you the calculation and prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent.

7. Contact about results and offers

Only if you tick the separate box may we contact you about results and offers. This consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, e.g. by email to datenschutz@irc-consult.at.

8. Booking a call

If you choose “Book a call”, you are forwarded to our booking service or write us an email.

9. Recipients and processors

We use processors under Art. 28 GDPR: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, Frankfurt region), Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace, email delivery), Attio (customer management), Thirdmind (AI interview), Plausible (audience measurement, if enabled). Data is not passed on for third parties' own purposes.

10. Retention

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. We store details from demo and quote requests until the request has been dealt with and no further contact is required, or until you withdraw your consent. We keep records of consent given for as long as we need them as proof. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Counters used to limit requests are deleted after two days.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact datenschutz@irc-consult.at.
