Kolloqo is built on IR&C’s psychometric tests. The same assessments existed on paper, then on the computer. Only the format is new.

Questionnaires can be run as AI interviews. Performance and reaction tests stay on the computer.

If no assessment in the portfolio fits, IR&C develops a new one from scratch: from the construct to the norms.
