Pilot programme: What we are learning together
What happens when you turn standardised questionnaires into an AI-led conversation? Our first pilot shows that people say more than they are asked.

4.31 out of 5 stars.
In January 2026, we carried out the first systematic comparison: the same standardised questionnaire on workplace health, once in its classic form and once as an AI interview with Kolloqo. The design was simple – a three-way comparison with real participants who completed both formats.
The figures speak for themselves. User acceptance stands at 4.31 out of 5 stars. In the BODI comparative study with 85 people, questionnaire and AI interview agreed closely (r = 0.83, range 0.64–0.96).
The actual finding
The surprise was not in the scale scores but alongside them. In the AI interview, participants voluntarily provided more context than in the questionnaire – concrete descriptions of situations, suggestions for improvement, pointers to problems that do not appear in any item. The conversational format creates room for information that a form structurally cannot capture.
For HR teams, this means that a single AI interview delivers both the quantitative scale scores for the benchmark and qualitative insights that would otherwise require separate workshops or follow-up surveys. In many cases, downstream surveys simply become unnecessary.
What the pilot is not
We take the results seriously without overstretching them. The pilot is not a peer-reviewed paper and not a representative study. It is a first, structured piece of evidence that the format works – with measurable quality and high acceptance. The second pilot with an extended design is in preparation.
The pilot programme
Until 31 October 2026, we are offering selected organisations reduced pilot terms. A pilot includes the complete set-up of an assessment, expert support and the evaluation of the results. In return, we expect structured feedback and a willingness to share the experience for further development.
There are two formats:
- Standard pilot – reduced set-up effort, full functionality, a maximum of five projects available.
- Lighthouse pilot – no set-up effort at all, close support, a maximum of two places. Reserved for organisations with particularly interesting use cases.
Who is this relevant for?
If you are in one of these situations, a pilot makes sense:
You are planning an employee survey and want to get more back than scale scores. You are looking for a format that scales internationally – without translation workshops and slot planning. You are collecting data in security-sensitive areas and need an assessment that builds trust rather than defensiveness. Or you simply want to find out whether an AI interview works for your organisation – with manageable effort and a clear result.
